Without a doubt, this is our favorite experience of all we organize. The science of harmonization goes far beyond knowing which type of drink is right for a dish or why the combination of wine and cheese always works. Knowing each product, its physical and chemical characteristics is fundamental to be able to formulate successful combinations. Don’t be afraid, everyone can achieve it without the need for a degree, it only takes a little practice and common sense.
The focus of the experience is purely didactic and practical through simple elaborations. You will master and understand the basic rules of a pairing and you will find that some traditional combinations are not always the best option. We’ll tell you one thing: after this experience, you’ll never drink a brut nature with desserts again …
