In this experience we reveal the techniques to train your nose so you can capture the aromatic compounds that can be found in thousands of products. The key is to isolate them in the memory and to be able to identify them in the product. We use natural aromas that will allow you to fix them in your mind and that will come out on a tasting.
You will become “noses” for a day and work on aromatic identification, something that only The Foodie Experience offers. We will show you the working methods and strategies followed by thousands of professional perfumers and tasters to retain in their olfactory memory all this information working with real examples and products.
